Mr. Reid started his career in transportation with Pacific Western Airlines in 1974 in Yellowknife. He managed cargo operations for ten years throughout the North, in Cambridge Bay, Resolute Bay, Inuvik and Yellowknife, before relocating to Vancouver as Manager of Cargo Operations for Canadian Airlines. Mr. Reid returned to Yellowknife in 1999 as Director of Operations with Canadian North Airlines before assuming the position of Vice-President of Customer Service. He brings his extensive experience in the industry (including board positions with the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce, the Northwest Territories Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Air Transport Association) to the position of President of BBE. Mr. Dehtiar graduated from the Queen's University Executive MBA Program, and served the financial industry for many years, before joining BBE in 2003. He has extensive experience with business development and logistics management for alternate delivery channels. Mr. Dehtiar brings a strong financial analysis and modeling background to BBE, complemented by marketing, human resource and project management skills. P:

Mr. Russell joined BBE in 2001, bringing with him over 30 years of diverse experience in the transportation industry and knowledge of remote regions. His background includes operations, logistics planning, project management, sales and marketing, and senior management. While working with Pacific Western Airlines' Hercules Operations, Mr. Russell's strong project management and customer service skills were finely honed as he organized the airlift of heavy machinery and oil drilling rigs around the world. For over 10 years he worked alongside arctic oil and gas explorers to refine and improve methods for airlifting their cargo into the frozen reaches of northern Canada, as well as contract assignments supporting East Coast offshore drilling. Mr. Russell expanded his knowledge of corporate mergers, marketing strategies and process improvement teams when PWA evolved into Canadian Airlines in 1986 and began worldwide operations. During his tenure, Mr. Russell expanded his understanding of commercial issues on a global scale and developed a broad range of contacts throughout the transportation industry. P:

Mr. Niculescu joined the BBE team in 2004. He graduated from the University of London with a B.Sc. Management Degree in 2001 and achieved the designation of Professional Logistician in 2002. Over the past five years, Mr. Niculescu has worked in a variety of business development functions for BBE. Mr. Niculescu has a wealth of freight forwarding contacts, experience and knowledge of BBE and its business model. With a well-rounded background in the air transport industry, which includes over 10 years of European experience in traffic operation, cargo and passenger services, Mr. Niculescu brings a strong emphasis in supply chain logistics and strategy. BBE is focused on expanding its reach and streamlining its processes needed to achieve continued growth. Mr. Niculescu joins an expanded Business Development team tasked to meet these objectives. Mr. Gray comes to BBE with extensive aviation, logistics and business development expertise, and an intimate understanding of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region, where he has lived for over 20 years. He was the General Manager of the Inuvialuit Development Corporation’s Aviation Division out of Inuvik. In this role, Sean was responsible for overseeing Aurora Expediting Services and Aklak Air in Inuvik for four years. He was in charge of accounting, sales, customer service, human resources, business planning and contract management, among others. BBE is focused on expanding its reach and streamlining its processes needed to achieve continued growth. Mr. Gray joins an expanded Business Development team tasked to meet these objectives. Mr. Cool comes to BBE with a rooted knowledge of the North. He spent six years operating the Kivalliq Marine Transportation Services out of the Port of Churchill, Manitoba, from 2003 to 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Cool started out in his family’s business, Moosonee Transportation out of Moosonee, Ontario. Mr. Cool was involved in operating and managing a growing and diverse group of companies that specialized in marine transportation, winter road construction and transportation, and logistics and expediting services. He brings to BBE varied experience supporting frontier resource projects across northern Ontario and the Hudson Bay resource region, using a wide variety of transportation solutions. BBE is focused on expanding its reach and streamlining its processes needed to achieve continued growth. Mr. Cool joins an expanded Business Development team tasked to meet these objectives. Born in the Timmins, Ontario, Mr. Cool looks forward to using his Northern experience to manage contracts in Manitoba, northwest Ontario and the Kivalliq region of Nunavut, and define new markets for BBE in that area.
Mr. Gould is a veteran of the airline industry. He has over 35 years of aviation and transportation experience, working his way from the ramp to various senior positions in the airline industry. He has worked with Central Western Airfreight, Pacific Western Airlines, Canadian Airlines and, most recently, with Canadian North. Mr. Gould worked as a load planner with PWA at the Edmonton Municipal Airport – Calgary Airbus operation and as a customer service representative with the Canadian Airlines’ System Operations Control Centre. During the past seven years at Canadian North Airlines, he held many operational/management roles and played a large part in the development of the airline as it evolved from a virtual airline to an operating entity. His influence on Canadian North had far reaching effects in that company. More recently, Dennis managed Canadian North’s airport operations system-wide, including managing contracts and ground operations. P:

Mr. Noseworthy has spent the past 15 years providing innovative logistics and transportation solutions. In 1996, he joined Matrix Logistics in Brampton, Ontario, where he learned all aspects of supply chain logistics management, became a trainer and team leader. In 2002, he relocated to Calgary to tackle the role of Operations’ Manager, servicing Western Canada for Matrix. After moving to Yellowknife, Mr. Noseworthy joined the BBE team in January 2006 and has been meeting the challenges of the North ever since. He brings technical experience and management skills to BBE, helping the BBE team continue to ensure client satisfaction while meeting the challenges of northern supply chain logistics. P:

Mr. Brazeau is well known in the Ottawa air cargo community for his knowledge and experience. In 1985, he started as a warehouse agent for a local air freight company. Through the years Mr. Brazeau developed the knowledge required to create his own company in 1998. His hands-on experience ranges from warehouse operations to logistics and management in air, road, and ocean transportation. He has worked with many major airlines and has cultivated relationships to be able to build and operate a cost-effective company. He looks forward to bringing his entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge to help BBE grow in the eastern market and beyond. P:
